Being Invited to Participate in a Policy Forum
Each installment of the Journal features a major section devoted to interchange and debate about a single health
issue. A major Issue Brief will lead off each of these "Policy Forums," followed by separate
shorter Commentaries from persons with special perspectives and expertise. We plan this section of the Journal
one year in advance. Our editors and other select experts determine who we invite to write for the Policy Forums.
Unsolicited manuscripts will not be considered for use in the Policy Forum. All other manuscripts must be
submitted according the the guidelines for "Scientific Manuscripts Submitted for Peer-Review."
